Rex:"Trust me. When I say we were at the mall for hours with this shopaholic. We have updated the meaning. So if we missed anything then I will gladly give money."
Nathaniel: "Oh no, not me. I'm keeping my duckets."
Alan: "I just want to make sure. The first giveaway will be this Sunday and you know how Mom feels about the gifts."

Henry: "Alan, Nikki is getting so big."

Alan: "I see you are spoiling her."

Rex: "She always so happy when we see her."

Nathaniel: "Excuse me Princess. Come to Grandpa."

Alan: "Let Mom know if she needs anything to give me a call."
Henry: "I think her and Rita have everything and then some."

Henry: "We better get going as well. Time for me to get home to my wife."

Tommy: "Grandma! Grandma!!"

Mr. Dotson: "Wait a minute Tommy. Wait for Grandma to get out the car before go charging off.?"

Mrs. Dotson: "Hey Bookie. Honey, I won't even tell you what it looks like from where I am sitting. Hee, heee."

Mr. Dotson: "Well if it not the most beautiful women I know."
Mrs. Dotson: "I'm sure. Especially when you have little ones all over the yard."

 

Tommy: "Grandma, Grandma. I love you."
Nikki: "grandmaaa, gmma. me love."
Mrs. Dotson: "I know Princess. Paris looks content. Let me sit down for a minute."
Nikki: "Me Grandpa."

Mrs. Dotson: "Well hi there Ms. Goo, Goo. You look like you are ready for a nap. Yes, Grandma little angel is looking sooo sleepy"

 

Mrs. Dotson: "Thank goodness it a good day to be out. You seem to have everything under control."

Beauty: "woof."

Mr. Dotson: "Yes Babe, without question. I got everything under control.  You know that's how I roll around here."

Tommy: "Grandma, thank you for my bike. I love you."

Nikki: "love you grandmmaa."

Mr. Dotson: "Just listen to the kids. Grandpa makes them so happy."
 

 





Mrs. Dotson: "Yes, I hear them. This little angel is just about sleep. You must of made a good lunch for them  What did you fix the kids for lunch?"
 

  

 

Nikki: "music, dance. dance grandpa."

Mr. Dotson: "I haven't fixed them any lunch --yet."

Mrs. Dotson: "oh good Lord."

Mr. Dotson: "No really. They arrived in hype mode so I was going to let them run out of energy. Put them down for a nap then get them some lunch when the wake back up."

Nikki: "miiieeee lllaaaaa."

Mrs. Dotson: "Ok, that some control. Paris is just about sleep now. Despite her sister singing. Honey, really? It better to feed Nikki and Tommy before their naps. They tend to sleep longer."

Mr. Dotson: 'Look Beautiful, I am in complete control."
 

 

 

Tommy: "ME NOT SLEEPY GRANDMA.

Beauty: "woof, woooof. WOOOOFFFF."

Mrs. Dotson: "I hear you but I know you are wrong. YOU will be going down for a nap. You and your sister. Grandma loves you two so much, I just want to make sure you get enough rest."

 



Mrs. Dotson: "I'm going to go in here and put Paris down. I have some spaghetti in the freezer and that can be their lunch. I will call you when it ready. In the mean time, you need to get my yard back in order Mr. In Control. I hope you didn't forget the fence is being delivered today."
 

  

 

Mr. Dotson: "Well, hmm. Yes, I did forget. See, I got so wrapped up with the kids staying for a few days. You know Alan loves to spend some alone time with Madison." 

Mrs. Dotson: "Yes, that is why there are three kids now."

Beauty: "WOOF, WOOF."

Mr. Dotson; "Hush Beauty, no one is talking to you. Don't be sounding like a hater when we have five children. I'll get this all cleared up in no time. Come on Tommy, let's get ready for lunch. Grandma going to cook you some spaghetti. Come on."

Tommy: "Ok Grandpa, I help."

Thank Goodness for Grandparents

 

Alan: "Hi Dad, just giving you a heads up. We will be leaving out in about 30 minutes."

 

 

Mr. Dotson: "Hey there. I was just wondering when you were leaving out."

Alan: "I wanted to take Tanner for a quick walk. I must tell you Tommy and Nikki are not the least bit tired. They are in top form. I hope your are ready."

Mr. Dotson: "Hmm, don't you worry about me, I got skills. I know what to do for them. Feed them, turn the TV to the Disney Channel and it a wrap. They will be out within an hour."

 

Tommy: "zoooooommmm."
Nikki: "weeeeeeeeeee."
Tanner: "woof, woof."

 

Alan: "Stop that Tommy. You don't want you sister to fall off and hurt herself. "
Tommy: "No Daddy no. I stop."
Tanner: "wooooof."

 

Mr. Dotson: "Hee, hee, relax Alan. Soon it will be just you and Madison. No kids, just enjoying the sound of the ocean."

Alan: "You got that right. I was hoping to leave Tanner but Madison wants to bring him along too. Since you got the kids no need to leave you with the dog too."

Mr. Dotson: "Smart women. I agree."

Tommy: "Daddy look. Just like Grandpa."
Nikki: "ya, ya Grandpa."

Alan: "Boy, these two together. Just busy."

Mr. Dotson: "I'm having second thought now Beauty. The way Alan sounds, they must be wired up."
Beauty: "WOOF."

Mr. Dotson: "I tell you, relax. Just take your time and be careful. I will see you when you get here. Be safe."

 

Alan: "Come on, let's see what taking Mommy so long."
Tommy: "Ok Daddy. I get Mommy."
Nikki: "mommiieeee, mommiee."

Alan: "Hey Honey, what in the world is taking you so long. I ready to drop these kids off and get going."

Madison: "You hear that Paris. Do you here your daddy rushing us."

Tommy: "Come on Tanner. Eat, Eat."
Nikki: "eat."
Tanner: "woof"
Nikki: "heee, hee."

Alan: "Tommy, do not open the refrigerator or you are going to get your hands popped."
Tommy: "Ok Daddy. Tanner no eat."
Nikki: "heee, hee. No eat."

 

Madison: "Let's go see what all the ruckus is about. I think your daddy is getting really anxious."

Madison: "What is all this I am hearing down here?"
Paris: "mmm, mmm, eeoo."
Alan: "If it not the most beautiful women I know. Got a minute."
Madison: "Hello, baby in hand."

Alan: "Mmmm."
Paris: "daa, daaaa."
Madison: "mmm"

Madison: "Here you take baby goo-goo while I go comb Nikki hair. We can be sitting on the beach by sundown."
Alan: "Deal!."

Alan: "Madison, I love you."
Madison: "Yes, I know. I just hope you have more kisses for me."
Alan: "Yes! Plenty."

 

Alan: "I just love that women Paris. Love her."



Madison was formally Mattel's AA Happy Family Neighborhood Midge and Nikki 1st Birthday set.
Her original outfit consisted of a fitted purple and pink stripped top, beige embellished capris and lavender shoes. Nikki wore a pink jumper embellished with a  applique and trimmed with a ruffle and pink shoes. The birthday gifts include a puppy who comes with toys, bed, food, water dish. The dog has a magnetic nose that allow him to pick up his toys. The is also a birthday hat, gift bag, blanket and birthday cake that completes the set.

Tanner was part of Mattel's Barbie Forever Barbie Doll with Tanner the dog. He is soft and fuzzy and his mouth open so he can be feed. His ears move and his tail moves. He came with a leash, dog biscuits, dog bones and chew toys. If you push the tail up you can feed him biscuits but he will need to go to the bathroom too. He came with a magnetic scooper and trash can so you will be able to clean up after him.

Diamond stops by.

I have plans to improve Mr. & Mrs. Dotson new home. They currently reside in a beautiful home and it is the Barbie Totally Real House by Mattel. It has three working sounds, a doorbell that chimes, sounds of the toilet flushing and running shower. Yes, it was another purchase I just had to have. The furniture is pretty cool too. The chair and ottoman convert to make a great bed, you have a table, tv, dining room table with two chairs and accessories for the bathroom and dishes for the kitchen. I visualize a total Ethan Allen look with a little bit vintage pieces mixed in. On that note, let's check on our favorite retirees.

Today was the day Mr. Dotson wanted to sit down and do his favorite thing--nothing! He is one of those folks that really enjoy being retired. On the other hand, Mrs. Dotson has things around the house that need to be done. The chairs need to be painted and re-upholstered, pictures need to be hung up, walls need to be painted before the new sink arrives (why there isn't one always confused me), all the things that will nake her house a home. Seem like the day started pretty good. Mr. Dotson catching a game on the t.v.

Mrs. Dotson: "Is that what you are going to do today?"
Mr. Dotson: "Pretty much, heehheeehhee?"
Mrs. Dotson: "I thought you were going to tackle the list."
Mrs. Dotson: "My darling beautiful wife, THIS is the list. Your delicious cake and football."

Mrs. Dotson: "I see, so the walls, pictures and chairs are going to have to wait, huh?"
Mr. Dotson: "No, Honey, not at all. It just not on MY list, hee, hee. It's not on Beauty list either, hee, hee. See."

Mrs. Dotson: "Oh brother!"
Mr. Dotson: "We have worked hard, honey. I have earned this day. It looks to me you're not working on your "list" either. Especially with your feet propped up, getting ready to read one of your magazine."
Mrs. Dotson: "Out of your own mouth, I have EARNED this day, hehehee. Beside the children are stopping by."
Mr. Dotson: "Children, what children??, Cara in Detroit, Nathan in Guam, LaShayna, Alan and Kayla are working or doing something with their families. I KNOW I don't have anymore kids."
Mrs. Dotson: "Oh good lawd!, what kind of sweet tea did you have? What did you add to the cake batter? You are a mess today. I told you Diamond was going to stop by. Did you forget?"
Mr. Dotson: "Oh than she won't be staying long. Didn't you say she just got her driver license. She's going to be high tailing it from now on. She probably gonna drive to the mail box just because, hee hee."
Mrs. Dotson: "No more cake for you."

Beauty: "Woof!, Woof!"
Mrs. Dotson: "Honey, the kids are here."

Mr. Dotson: "Here I come, I just wanted to finish off the cake, mmm delicious!"
Ms. Dotson: "Stay Beauty, good girl."

Diamond: "Hi Aunt Ann and Uncle Nate!, How are you?"
Beauty: "Woof!"
Mrs. Dotson: "Oh my, look at Miquel. That right honey come on in, come on it. Let me see you."
Beauty: "wooooff."
Miquel: "Doggie!, Doggie!, Woo!, woo!"

Mrs. Dotson: "I see he's the busy one."

Mr. Dotson: "Here Diamond let me take Maddie off your hands. Where are her shoes?" Hey Miss Madeline, I'm gonna going to tickle the toes until you laugh, oh yes I am."
Diamond: "They're in the car, she always kicks them off when she get in the car, Uncle Nate. It kinda funny to me."
Mrs. Dotson: "Come on in and sit down. Ms. Diamond with the driver license."
Diamond: "I know, right?. I remember when I wanted a chauffer now I get to chauffer my brother and sisters. I'm very careful about it too. I don't talk, text or blare the music."
Mr. Dotson: "Good, those are bad habit for a new driver especially when you have your siblings in the car."

Diamond: "Mmmm, do I smell cake. Aunt Ann did you make a cake?"
Mrs. Dotson: "Yes, I did as well as cookies for you to enjoy."
Mr. Dotson: "What she mean Diamond is she made the cake but it wasn't for you. Only the cookies are for you guys. You see the cake was on MY list take care of today."
Mrs. Dotson: "Nate, shame on you. Now you want to refer to the list. Don't listen to him, then again he is acting strange today, so you might want to take some cake and the cookies home."

Mr. Dotson: "Some?"
Diamond: "Oh Uncle Nate, you are so funny. Let me call my mom and let her know I arrived ok."
Mr. Dotson: "Sure, let me take Beauty out. When you get a chance Diamond make sure to introduce you and the twins to our new friends."
Diamond: "Ok Uncle Nate I will."

Miquel: "Dogggiiee!, Doooggiiiee."
Maddie: "Tee Aan, Tee Aan."
Mrs. Dotson: "Come her Maddie, come to Auntie Ann."

Mrs. Dotson: "Hi Madeline. Look at you, looking just like your twin over there. Your just as cute as you can be and he is equally handsome."
Maddie:"Hi!, Hi, Te Te unte. Tee Ann."
Mrs. Dotson: "I'm so glad to see you. Your so lucky to have a big sister that can take all of you guys to the park, the museum, the library. Hey, let's not forget Chuckie Cheese."

Diamond: "Hi everyone. When I arrived I was Mattel's Teen Nikki. My accessories included vinyl school bag, rub-on tattoos for children and stick on ones for me. Of course a hairbrush too. My name is now Diamond."
Maddie: "Hi, Hi."
Miquel: "Go, go, goop."
Diamond: "These two here are my baby sister and brother. As you can see they are fraternal twins. They were part of Mattel's Teacher Barbie Set. It included desk, chalkboard and a talking Barbie that praised the children with phrases like, "Good job", "Try again". They were named Miquel and Madeline and I'm so glad to be their big sister. I do have another sister who I'm sure you will meet soon. I'm sorry to say it time for us to head home. It was really nice to meet you."
