Shopping complete...

BEEP!, BEEPPP!!
Mrs. Dotson: "Madison, I'm so glad you hung out with us today."
Madison: "Me too. Never thought it would be so much fun. I'm sure once Alan gets over the initial shock, he'll be ok."
Cara:  "Well, I like what you selected and whoever enters and win will love it too. Don't let my brother give you any slack about either. He makes good money too."
Mrs. Dotson: "Madison, I don't think he will give you any slack. He knows we sponsor the Christmas giveway."
Madison: "Mom, he is just like Dad. Always taking about a budget ann..."
Cara: "Budget!? Yeah right, with three kids. HAAAA , HAAA"
Madison: "ha, ha, Yes, a budget."
Alan: "Oh my goodness."
Cara: "Hey Brother!"
Mrs. Dotson: "Hi Honey, how are you today?"
Paris: "goo, ooo, cooo."
Madison: "Here that Munchkee. It's Daddy."
Alan: "All I see is boxes everywhere. Hi Mom. Cara. How much shopping did you do?"
Madison: "Not that much."
Mrs. Dotson: "We found so real nice things."
Cara: "Depends on how you want to look at, heee, heee. Anyhoo, we got to get going. Bye."
Alan: "What does she mean by that? Did Mom get out of hand at Macy's?"
Madison: "No not at all. Where the kids?"
Alan: "Still sleep. Oh no did she go crazy in Neiman's? You know that her other weakness."
Mrs. Dotson: "Boy, that was rude. Tnis is what we do, we sponsor the community giveaway. I think you're over reacting. He knows there is no limit to what we might purchase. So when the bill arrives it no big deal."
Cara: "Ha, you mean bills. Madison had a good time. Beside you have dad to contend with and I KNOW I don't want to be there."
Mrs. Dotson: "I know how to handle him, I'm not worried."
Alan: "Cara must be worn out. She sure was in a hurry to leave."
Madison: "Must be. I'm a little tired too. Let's head in."
Alan: "Well, I'm glad you had a good time. My sister is the shopping queen and she always find good deals."
Madison: "I agree and we really did find some good deals. I will tell you all about it later."

Have a great week everyone!

  1. Just wanted to tell you that your generosity is infectious. You've inspired me to do a Christmas giveaway, too. I was so delighted to receive my prize from you last year that I want someone else to have that same feeling. I'm a little jealous that you've finished your giveaway shopping when I'm only half done.

    1. Thank you. I really do enjoy passing blessing on. I was lucky with a lot of the items I "stumbled" on, especially when I wasn't even looking. I'm so glad you liked everything and it doesn't hurt to feel lucky sometimes. I have been blessed this year after being off work for awhile and going back to work so at the end of the year I just want to share the happiness. I'm looking forward to seeing the goodies you will be presenting.

  5. I can't wait to see what they bought either. And, like Jewell, I am also inspired by your generosity and have decided to pay it forward too! I have decided to do a Christmas give-away also! I have already purchased some items and I was thinking of maybe making some items too! Hopefully, I can get a post up with my contest rules and give-a-way items in a few days!

    1. That's a great ideal too. I am starting to knit some items and sew a few accessories to go with the items so I will enjoy this long weekend for sure. My love for Christmas comes from my father. He always made sure all seven of us had exactly what we wanted, that is why I cherish my Cara, He found a doll that looked like me and I so love him for that. If he was alive today he would get a kick out of this blog and enjoy seeing so many variations of AA dolls.
