It our Anniversay!!

 

Cara: Hi Everyone. Wow it seems like it has been awhile since I've seen everyone. Can you believe how time flies. It was one year ago today that I appeared in blogsphere featuring the happenings in Dotsville with my family and the wonderful people we know.  I really don't know where to begin, there is so much I'm thankful for! How about I share some of my favorite moments. Like the first day me and Curtis met everyone. I thinks we look pretty good after partying like rock stars!!





We did have a lot of fun. Then when my sister stopped by with baby Elijah and Kelly while I was visiting my parents.

 

 

Then there is this cute one with big sister Kelly, she just loves him.

 

I'm just glad he was awake and not fussy like most newborns. This next one is of my best friend and her family. 

This is Brianna and she is a BUSY mother of twins, Brittany and Bria. That her and her husband Blaine on vacation in Turks and Caicos. Hopefully in 2013 she will be stopping by more.

She did send me a picture of her sister Ava family. They were spending the holidays together.
Here is Ava, her twins Julian and Justin, her beautiful daughter Calista and her husband Derek. I know, twins everywhere. Her boys are a lot of fun to be around and that just love my dad.

I love this one of Vanessa, she can really strike a pose! She is so beautiful to me. She really looks great.

Aah, yes remember this one? Going to Rod and Danielle's wedding in Morristown. That was a wedding I will never forget. There were so many people there and the food was great, the venue was perfect. Danielle had the wedding of all weddings in 2012 hands down.

 

 

Scarlett arrived too and boy she took up a lot of real estate in Dotsville. I'm glad she landed here, she is surely a collectors dream doll.  Just one of the cutest dolls ever.

 

 

Here she is with Bear, they were meant for each other. They have the run of the house over here. Always doing something together. A true family.

 

 

Here are the real dolls in Brini's life. This is Shaquetta Angelic Morris. She is smart, funny, strong and intelligent and we couldn't ask for more. She is learning to master this thing called life and following the steps that is her destiny. The path that God wants her to follow to continue to be the women she blessed on becoming. A lot like her late grandmother and mother, just BEAUTIFUL!!

 

These two young ladies are Brini's nieces. on the left we have Kandy and to the right of Brini is Arielle. There is one missing and that is Brandy, who is Kandy sister. They too are becoming the women they want to be as long as they aspire to be the best and nourish their dreams as well.

Sabrina: Thanks Cara, I will take of over from here. I too have a few words to say.

Thanks to my parents for buying this beautiful doll that looks like me when I was a little girl. In a time where Barbie dolls of color were far an few between. Thanks to my sister Shawn who creates all the time, Natalie who never really got into dolls but should be crocheting for them. She can create wonderful items with her hook and my sister Amber who always wants to be surrounded by children so I make sure Cara has enough in her world.

Thank you Christopher! For the real estate that we share in this apartment. You don't really complain about my dolls because you too have a great collections of statues you and Muff could talk about for hours. You are a wonderful son and I love you!

Mrs. Shelia Morris, how can I thank you? I can still see the day you brought Shaquetta to the office so I can see her. She was already destined to have AA Barbie in her life!! How could I deprive her? I'm so thankful you let me fill her life with them too. I love you for that!

Thank you Calvin for being the Curtis in my life. You do spoil me like a Barbie and yes I love it!!

Thank you Vanessa (VanDollTreasures.blogspot.com). I stumbled on you blog when you were dealing with some serious health issues and you decided to live your life to the fullest and enjoy your collection of dolls so you have encourage me to play!

Mrs. DBG (BlackDollCollecting.blogspot.com)  You know I am sooo jealous of your doll collection!! You are so lucky and blessed to have acquired dolls of color that blow my mind. Your information is invaluable to all collectors. I want to thank you for giving me the best advise when I started this blog and that was to identify the manufacture, doll name and accessories to help my readers find and seek out these dolls. I have emails saying thank you and that is the best feeling ever.

Marta (all4barbie.blogspot.com) Thank you for following and reading me on a daily basis and always leaving comments. I like spending my weekends catching up with your dolls, they always having fun. I too want to make sure my dolls are always fun!

Ms. Leo(I-luv-dolls.blogspot.com}, Muff (heyitsmuff.blogspot), Cecile(chynadollcreations.blogspot). I love reading your blogs because you inspire me to create. I will learn to crochet, I will learn to paint, I will be sewing and knitting more for my dolls. Thanks for not letting that part of the artist in my fade away. I'm sure if I had some insomnia bouts like Vanessa I could get a lot done, lol.

To all my followers here and abroad. THANK YOU for stopping by and sharing your time with me and my doll families. 2012 was a great year. I'm so glad we share our love of dolls with each other. I'm so glad of all the information that I have acquired and !'m looking forward to learning and sharing even more. I do have plans to open an Etsy store in 2013 and will keep you abreast of that. It 2013 and I want the best for everyone and their love ones. No matter where you are, you are always welcome here in Dotsville.
