New members of the community.

Cara: "Hi Everyone!I hope all is well. Things have finally slowed down were I can relax and have some fun. I have had the pleasure of taking some new residents out on a tour of the community so the can get a feel of this great community. We have had the pleasure of welcoming in some Mattel Fashionista friends whom I would like for you to meet."

Cara: "Rory, please introduce yourself."
Rory: "I thought you were going to doing the talking."
Cara: "haa, yeah."

Rory: "Hi Everyone. I am former Fashionista Fancy Flowers. I have been here in Dotsville for awhile."
Cara: "Be nice."
Rory: "I am Cara. I'm just glad to be finally out the box."
Cara: "I know, anyhoo."

Rory: "I am wearing my original yellow floral outfit with blue shoes and earring. Due to these small parts, I can be hazardous to small children. I have NO articulation but I can pose. My sister is Bria, Cara's best friend and I can't wait to see my twin nieces!"
Cara: "Thank you. I would like for you to meet Sebastian next."

Sebastian: "Thank you for taking us out and about as well as this opportunity to meet our new friends."
Cara: "It has been my pleasure."

 Sebastian: "Hi Everyone! I am the former Mattel Fashionista Floral Tee Ken. Wow that's a mouthful.

Sebastian: "Like Rory, I have no articulation at the moment. I am glad to be out the box as well. I am wearing my original outfit that consist of blue floral fitted tee, olive green shorts and beige shoes. I just graduated from Moorehouse and will be continuing my education in law. I am the older brother to Darrin and I am glad to meet you."

Cara: "Ok, your next."
Brooklyn: "I'm a little nervous."
Cara: "Don't be. These are my friends and they are now your friends too."

Brooklyn: "Hi Everyone. I am the former Tall Fashionista Fab Fringe. I have been in Dotsville for a few weeks now. Yes, sitting on Brini's sewing machine table stuck in my box. I am wearing my original outfit which is a long floral black tee, fringe denim shorts and black boots. I have natural curly red hair that Brini just loves!

Cara: "So there you have it. Some of our new faces in Dotsville. I know another tour will be set up soon because I already have requests coming in. Take care and see you soon!"

Brooklyn, Darrin and Rory: "Bye Everyone! Have a great week!!

I was so surprised when I went to Walmart and checked the doll aisle. Low and behold, there were the Sparkle Girlz Fashions. Get this, they had the single packs which I snatched up as well as the fashion packs!! I could not believe, so of course I brought them too.

I must say I am impressed with them too. I don't know who is sleeping over at Mattel but they need to step up their game. The outfits are cute, trendy and can fit a number of their dolls. I wasn't to concern about the shoes or purses someone in Dotsville will benefit from them. Diamond was kind enough to select some friends to model three of the single sold fashions and one from the pack.

The Girls: "Hello Everyone!"

First up we have Diamond of course. She sports the capris set and one shoulder top. They have a little paint splash embellishment going on. Really cute.

Then there is Raven. She wearing the knit  mock two piece outfit with the shoes. It fits her like glove! She is showing all her curves.

Skipper is sporting the another mock two piece skirt outfit. The belt is a little loose but she looks good in it. Her purse is plastic but she can still work with it. She is a pink girl so this was perfect for her.

Sweet Calista is wearing the blue and white mock two piece dress from fashion pack #3. This is a little big on her. I hiked the skirt up just a little for the picture and it is still cute  She liked this one the best  due to the "bling" on her skirt so she will keep this one and I will adjust the skirt for her.

So in conclusion, these fashions will fit many of your dolls in your collection.  At the price of $1.97 you can't beat it at all. These fashion are  oh so cute. Dana: "I'm sorry we did not formally introduce ourselves. I was formally Dana Scully of Mattel's Ex-Files Gift set. I am still a special agent and I arrived wearing my Black pant suit with a tie belt, a very well made white shirt with button detail, black pumps, my badge and credentials. I met and married Henry 30 year ago."

Henry: "She is quite beautiful. I am Mattel's version of Henry Higgins from the classic My Fair Lady movie. I am wearing my original three piece Herringbone suit with cuffed hem, white shirt,  grey tie, burgundy pocket handkerchief, brown socks, brown shoes and brown fedora hat."

Ashley: "Meagan just pulled up."
Blaine: "The doors are locked now."

 Meagan: "Hey Blaine!"
Chelsea: "Uncle Blaine!, Uncle Blaine."

Ashley: "What a surprise. It's so good to see you Chelsea. Hey Meg."

Meagan: "Look at  you Riley, your are just as cute as you can be"
Blaine: "Of course she is Sis, she looks just like her father."
Riley: "hee, hee thanks."

Blaine: "So you show up after I look the doors?"
Meagan: "Of course! Ramon got called in so I had to go get Chelsea."
Ashley: "You need to tell him to slow down. He's working to hard."
Meagan: "I know. I've tried to tell him. You know Chelsea really wanted to hang out with him today and I wanted my good ol' brother to do my hair."
Blaine: "Good luck with that! The deal was you would help me wind down the shop and then I would do your hair."

Meagan: "I know, I know. It just wasn't feasible at the time."
Blaine: "Well me doing your hair is not feasible at this time either.
Sydney: "no, no Daddy say no."

Ashley: "Well, lets take the kids and hit the outlet mall. We can window shop, have lunch, walk it off and tire the kids out. All in one swoop."
Blaine: "I think Ashley has had enough. She getting tired."

Ashley: "She is looking a little tired. She doesn't want to leave you."

Blaine: "You guys can go ahead. I'll head home and put Sydney down for her nap."
Meagan: "Well Ashley,  I'm up for it if you are. Blaine we will see  you later"
Ashley: "Sounds like a plan."

Ashley: "Don't worry, Honey we won't be gone long."
Meagan: "You know, you still need to do my hair."
Blaine:" Meagan, on your way out, please say hello to our friends."
 

 

Ashley: "Yes, Meagan, do say hi. Let me go get the girls."
Meagan: "I will, I will. Blaine please do my hair when we get back. Pllleeeaasssee."
Sydney: "no, no."
Blaine: "You heard your niece. See ya."

Ashley: "Riley, Riley! Where are you two?"

Riley: "See Chelsea the store is all closed up. Everything is packed up.!"

Chelsea: "I'm really happy. I like being a big cousin."
Riley: "A what?"
Chelsea: "A big cousin like you. Your my big cousin so I'm Sydney big cousin."
Riley: "Hee, hee. Your right, you are a big cousin now. C'mon Moms calling."

 
 Riley: "Here we come Mom!
 

Sydney: "no, no."
Ashley: "Bye Sweetie"
Blaine: "Hey don't forget to save a kiss for me."

 

Ashley: "But of course:"

 



 

Meagan: "Hello can we get going now?"
Blaine: "Shh, she's sleep."
Ashley: "Yes, I'm ready."

Riley: "Aunt Meagan, Mom make sure to kiss all of us. She kisses Dad a lot."

Meagan: "Obviously!"

 

Chelsea: "Aunt Ashley I'm ready to go."

Meagan: "I everyone. I'm Blaine's sister Meagan. That little cutie you see with Riley is my daughter Chelsea. I am part of Mattel's Barbie  Mermaid Tale 2, there are a total of 6 dolls. I was wearing a purple two piece bathing suit that included purple sunglasses. My hair is waist length with purple streaks. I am NOT articulated and I have large feet. I understand that in Dotsville  that you are subject to body swaps so I'm ok with that! My daughter Chelsea was part of  Barbie's Sisters Hula Dance set. She is wearing her original bathing suit. She also has a green hula skirt that includes a plastic yellow headband, brown plastic coconut "bathing top". No shoes are included with the doll. Her arms can be posed as if she is doing the hulu dance. I love her so. Hopefully I will see you soon and perhaps you will meet my fiancé Ramon.
